452 MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERV. is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join its crisis intervention team. The role includes direct nursing services, assessments, planning, and administering medications for high-risk individuals in a trauma-informed setting.

The position offers four 10-hour shifts with evenings and nights as options. Salary ranges from $50,500 to $60,000 annually, with benefits and holiday/shift differentials. Non-exempt; state benefits apply.

Qualifications

• LPN licenses must be valid in Oklahoma or recognized via the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• Two years of practical nursing experience for LPN III/II roles; at least one year for LPN II; and LPN I requires only license in good standing.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct or indirect professional nursing services for crisis care.
• Perform nursing assessments, planning, interventions, evaluations, and health education.
• Administer medications and treatments prescribed by authorized personnel.
• Support case management and health-related education for patients and families.
