Qualifications

• Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a licensed practical nurse with two years of practical nursing experience (LPN III).
• An LPN license recognized by the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) with two years of practical nursing experience (LPN III).
• Possession of a valid Oklahoma LPN license and/or eNLC license with one year (LPN II) or no experience specified (LPN I).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct or indirect professional nursing services for crisis services.
• Perform nursing assessments, planning, and interventions for patients.
• Conduct evaluations and health-related education for individuals in care.
• Manage cases and execute the medical regime including administering prescribed medications and treatments.
