Qualifications

• Direct care and crisis intervention experience with mental health or community services.
• CPR, CPI and First Aid certifications required by start date.
• Multi-cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide screening, assessment and linkage to needed services for clients and families.
• Serve as primary support and case manager under supervision.
• Coordinate with care teams to implement crisis stabilization plans.
