Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a Manager, Social Services to lead social work staffing and 24/7 crisis/inpatient unit operations. You will supervise case managers and ensure high-quality service delivery in collaboration with leadership.

The role requires a Master's in a behavioral health field, Virginia licensure (LMSW or LAC), and 5 years of relevant experience, including supervisory duties. Vaccination and background checks are mandatory. Full-time with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
• Current licensure by Virginia Board of Behavioral Health (LMSW or LAC).
• 5 years of behavioral health or relevant experience.
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee social services (Case Managers) staffing for 24/7 crisis and inpatient units.
• Provide clinical supervision to staff delivering behavioral health services.
• Develop and maintain clinical programming with Medical/Clinical Leadership.
• Ensure high-quality, service-oriented clinical and operational team delivery.
