Job summary

Bellefaire JCB seeks an IHBT Intern to provide Intensive Home-Based Therapy to youths aged 5-18 in home and community settings. The role involves carrying a caseload, meeting program benchmarks, and achieving productivity targets for billable services, under supervision by the Crisis IHBT Supervisor/Field Instructor.

Flex hours below 20 per week, with some evenings or weekends. Duties include evaluations, treatment planning, crisis work, safety planning, coordination with schools and care teams,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; must be a current second-year MSW, MAC, or MFTH student.
• Ohio Trainee license (Social Work Trainee, Counselor Trainee, or MFT Trainee), or higher, required.
• Clinical fieldwork experience and cultural competency.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Accept cases to provide Intensive Home-Based Treatment for youth and families, including coordination with schools and justice systems.
• Carry a caseload and provide services for three to six months, with crisis work in rotation.
• Develop ITPs, conduct evaluations, safety planning, and risk assessment; document in clinical records.
