Job summary

Peace River Center seeks a Forensic Multidisciplinary Team Leader to oversee daily operations of the Forensic Multidisciplinary Team. This role supervises case managers, therapists, and program assistants, directing admissions, treatment, and support services in coordination with the APRN.

You will conduct clinical assessments, provide direct treatment, monitor documentation, and supervise staff to ensure standards, reporting, and crisis coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, psychiatric rehabilitation, or related field.
• Active license as a Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist, or as a psychologist.
• Two years’ experience in behavioral healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the Forensic Multidisciplinary Team.
• Direct admissions, treatment, rehabilitation, and support services.
• Provide supervision to team members and conduct clinical assessments.
• Monitor documentation and approval of incidental funds.
• Perform on-call crisis intervention and staff supervision.
