Job summary

Oaks Integrated Care Inc. in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks a Crisis Evening Manager for the 2:00pm–12:00am shift in the Crisis Screening Center. The role supports adults and youth in psychiatric crisis with 24/7 stabilization and assessment, while supervising direct care staff in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health field; RN license in a mental health field with crisis experience.
• Current screener certification.
• Valid driver's license required.

As the Crisis Evening Manager, you will work within our Crisis Screening program located in Cherry Hill, Camden County. The Camden County designated Crisis Screening Center provides screening and stabilization services to adults and youth experiencing a psychiatric emergency 24/7, 365 days a year. Team members work to safely resolve behavioral health crisis through intervention, assessment and stabilization.

Schedule: Full-time; Wednesday-Saturday 2:00pm-12:00am; In-office

Pay: $66,028.48

Competencies

The incumbent must be able to work in a stressful environment and maintain quality and evidence-based care of adults & children in mental health distress, including but not limited to being a danger to themselves and/or others.

Qualifications

• Master's (MA/MS) degree in mental health related field; Registered Nurse (RN) license in a mental health related field plus one (1) year experience in a psychiatric setting with crisis experience;
• Current screener certification;
• Valid Driver's License required.
