Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Current internship registration with the licensing board as applicable.
• Minimum one year inpatient or outpatient behavioral health experience preferred.
• Masters in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support, crisis intervention and counseling to patients and families.
• Coordinate discharge planning and develop treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team.
• Complete psychosocial assessments and maintain clinical records.
