Synova Group is hiring a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals in a crisis group home setting in Lake Lillian, MN. You will help with daily living, safety, documentation, and community activities, following care plans and training.

Responsibilities include building relationships, supporting independence, transporting to appointments, and documenting care. The role requires compassion, reliability, and strong communication; DHS background check clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Have experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and maintain a clean driving record.
• Have access to an insured vehicle.
• Successfully pass a DHS background study.
• Have basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
