You will assist with daily activities, documentation, and crisis-aware interventions while fostering trusted relationships and respectful, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Have basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• DHS background study required, successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships and support individuals in developing friendships and community connections.
• Assist with daily routines including cooking, household tasks, personal care, and leisure activities.
• Support health and safety needs, money management, and behavior support strategies.
• Administer medications according to training and procedures.
• Provide transportation to appointments and community activities.
• Document services and events using online systems.
• Encourage independence while providing appropriate support.
