Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources is actively seeking a Crisis Community Enhancement (CCE) Coordinator for the CCE Team to support adults with severe mental illness. Based in Gulfport, MS, the role oversees daily operations across three counties within the PBMHR service area.

The CCE program delivers intensive outpatient services through in-person, telephonic, or video sessions, helping individuals set and reach recovery goals while keeping them connected to their community.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in behavioral health field.
• Professional clinical license or CMHT Certification from MS Dept of Mental Health required.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Use of personal transportation to provide services in the community.

Aufgaben

• Administers staff supervision, including recruitment, scheduling, and enforcement of policies and procedures. Ensures appropriate training for all program staff.
• Promotes the CCE program to the Pine Belt Mental Health service area.
• Maintains daily operations and oversees goals of the program.
• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the individual served.
• Participates in team staffing and functions as a member of the treatment team.
• Provides clinical therapy services and emergency services to individuals and their families as needed.
• Provides clinical guidance to teams, audits charts for accuracy, integrity, and soundness.
