Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona.
• Minimum 3 years in psychiatric/behavioral health or crisis care.
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain on hire.
• Experience with children and adolescents in BH setting.
• Proficiency with EMRs and psychiatric documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical and mental health assessments.
• Administer medications per facility protocol.
• Monitor, document, and report behavioral and medical changes.
• Participate in patient treatment planning as part of the multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatments, and medications.
• Use verbal de-escalation and therapeutic interventions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of seclusion and restraint standards and documentation.
• Apply SafeClinch techniques per guidelines.
• Document all patient care in a timely manner.
• Perform lab draws and wound care as ordered.
• Float among clinical services within the market as needed.
• Attend supervision sessions and complete trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
