Job summary

New Mexico Solutions is seeking a Crisis Center Therapist to assess and treat individuals in behavioral health crises in Santa Fe, NM. The role involves de-escalation, treatment planning, and teamwork with a crisis staff to deliver coordinated services.

The position includes on-call rotations nights and weekends, with opportunities for bilingual stipends, productivity bonuses, and various benefits. A Master’s degree and NM licensure or eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or health-related field.
• Active NM license or eligibility for LMSW/LCSW/LPCC/LPC/LMHC/LPAT/LMFT.
• Valid driver’s license and access to private vehicle.
• Experience in crisis intervention and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis de-escalation and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with crisis team and community providers.
• Provide psychotherapy services (individual, group, family) as needed.
• Complete timely documentation and maintain quality records.
• Participate in on-call rotation (nights/weekends).
• Engage in outreach and ensure continuity of care.
