You will work within a crisis team, collaborating with staff to provide coordinated care and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in a health-related field and NM licensure options (LMSW/LCSW/LPCC/LPC/LMHC/LPAT/LMFT).

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in human services or health-related field.
• Must possess NM licenses: LMSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPC, LMHC, LPAT, or LMFT; LADAC preferred.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and have access to a private vehicle for day-to-day job performance.

• Identify behavioral health and substance use components contributing to crisis situations.
• De-escalate immediate crises and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate with community providers for client care.
• Provide psychotherapy services (individual, group, family) as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain timely documentation of services.
