Job summary

Carle Health is seeking an experienced program leader to oversee the State of Illinois Program 590-Crisis Care System grant, coordinating staff, budgets and compliance. The role acts as the primary liaison with the funder and ensures adherence to contracts while supervising data management and required training.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in counseling/psychology/social work and IL licensure (LCSW, psychologist, or LCPC), with behavioral health and grant-management experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• Licensure in IL (LCSW, Psychologist, or LCPC) per IDFPR; driver’s license required.
• Experience in behavioral health and grant management preferred.

Responsibilities

• MONITORS AND COORDINATES PROGRAM
• Primary liaison with the funder; maintains staffing and day-to-day operations of State of Illinois Program 590-Crisis Care System.
• Ensures compliance with policies, contracts and grant training requirements.
• Hires for grant positions; manages data manager; oversees data reporting and audits.
• Develops a centralized data system and standardized intake forms with community partners.
• Maintains effective communication and teamwork with coworkers, departments, providers, and the community.
