Carle Health seeks a seasoned leader to oversee the State of Illinois Program 590-Crisis Care System. The role directs staff, coordinates grant requirements, and manages the grant budget while ensuring policy and contract compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in counseling/psychology/social work and professional licenses (LCSW, psychologist, LCPC) with strong behavioral health program management experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold professional licenses: LCSW, psychologist and LCPC (IDFPR).
• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Experience in behavioral health program management is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and coordinates Program 590-Crisis Care System.
• Primary liaison with the funder.
• Maintains staffing patterns and day-to-day operations.
• Ensures compliance with policies, contracts and grant requirements.
• Hires for grant positions and manages costs, schedule, performance and customer satisfaction.
• Supervises data manager and oversees data reporting.
