Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is hiring CNAs for the Crisis Care Center in Washington state. Join an integrated medical team to support residents as they stabilize from a behavioral health crisis.

Multiple shifts are available, including day and night rotations with 12-hour schedules. Sea Mar offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement options.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain supportive, trusting relationships with residents through ongoing communication and engagement.
• Monitor and document residents' health by observing conditions and taking vital signs as directed.
• Report changes in condition, health concerns, or refusal of care promptly to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with daily living activities (e.g., toileting, meals, mobility, and activities) according to care plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment, including housekeeping tasks and proper use of emergency equipment.

We are hiring LPNs for the following shifts - Please note the shift(s) you are applying for when you submit your application:

• CNA Day Shift - Sunday - Tuesday/Wednesday rotating 3x12/4x12 schedule
• CNA Day Shift - Wednesday/Thursday - Saturday rotating 3x12/4x12 schedule
• CNA Night Shift - Sunday - Tuesday/Wednesday rotating 3x12/4x12 schedule
• CNA Night Shift - Wednesday/Thursday - Saturday rotating 3x12/4x12 schedule
