Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Unrestricted licensure in WA as LMHP/LICSW/LMHC/LMFT or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in mental health or related field.
• Knowledge of Washington State behavioral health system and resources.
• Compliance with company vaccination policy.
• Complete credentialing requirements within required time frame.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates admission intakes and treatment planning.
• Discharge planning and obtaining collateral.
• Clinical interventions and crisis management.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary treatment team and external providers.
• Develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Document services and maintain clinical records.
