Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field.
• Experience providing peer guidance, shift-based lead support, or workflow coordination for clinical or case management staff.
• Working knowledge of federal and state behavioral health or hospital operations and regulatory requirements.
• Must pass background checks and credentialing requirements as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical care across walk-in, observation, and CSU units to ensure timely admission assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the medical record and obtain required signatures.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and behavioral health staff to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
• Provide shift-based workflow guidance and support timely coordination with the interdisciplinary team.
• Engage in supervision, case reviews, and professional development activities.
