Job summary

Compass Health Network is seeking a Behavioral Technician to support individuals in crisis at our Behavioral Health Crisis Center. The role runs 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, providing care, comfort, and safety during crises.

Under the Triage Clinician Lead's supervision, you will assist with daily needs and help people feel supported and valued in difficult times, while collaborating with a dedicated team and receiving mentorship to grow in the behavioral health field.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a crisis setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated compassion in patient care.
• Willingness to grow with training in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety during behavioral health crises.
• Assist with daily living needs of individuals.
• Provide care and support as part of a team.
