Job summary

Compass Health Network is seeking a Behavioral Technician to provide compassionate support to individuals in crisis on Saturdays and Sundays, 7:00pm–7:30am in Wentzville, Missouri.

In this role you will deliver person-centered crisis support, monitor safety, assist with medication administration per L1MA training, share observations with the treatment team, help keep the BHCC environment organized and welcoming, and mentor new staff as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support to individuals during crisis, ensuring daily needs are met.
• Monitor safety and engage with individuals to create a supportive environment.
• Participate in medication administration (following L1MA training).
• Share observations and feedback with the treatment team to enhance care.
• Assist in keeping the BHCC environment organized, clean, and welcoming.
• Act as a mentor to new staff and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
