Job summary

Monarch Healthcare is seeking a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Crisis, to ensure access to counseling, psychoeducation, and crisis interventions. The role leads case management and coordinates care across the treatment team in North Carolina.

Responsibilities include developing plans, assessing progress, and communicating updates to the treatment group. Travel may be required; a strong commitment to patient recovery is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold CADC certification and be in good standing.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience working with adults, children, or adolescents with MH/SUD.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and revise individual plans with ongoing assessment.
• Monitor progress and document plan effectiveness.
• Communicate progress to the LCAS/LCAS-A as outlined in the plan.
• Provide crisis interventions and psychoeducation as needed.
• Linkage to and coordination with recovery services and supports.
• Maintain accurate service notes and comply with policies.
