Guild seeks a Registered Nurse to provide nursing services in a residential setting for individuals with serious mental illness or substance use disorders in Minnesota.

You will coordinate health care, educate staff and recipients, perform health assessments within 72 hours of admission, maintain EMAR documentation, and participate in on-call rotation. BSN and MN RN license with at least 3 years of relevant experience required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN).
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Minnesota.
• 3 years of previous professional experience providing nursing care to people with serious and persistent mental illnesses.

Responsabilidades

• Educate coworkers and recipients on health issues and medications.
• Coordinate mental health, chemical health and medical services.
• Complete health assessments within 72 hours of admission with nursing recommendations.
• Review and transcribe medications into EMAR.
• Assist with admissions, referrals screening and assessments.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond promptly to requests.
