Job summary

LifeStream is seeking an Emergency Evaluation professional to assess clients in crisis and develop tailored intervention plans. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to stabilize individuals and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.

Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in electronic health records. This role requires a BA in a human services field and at least two years of relevant experience, with flexibility for shift coverage,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years in behavioral health or emergency evaluation settings.
• Crisis intervention experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive crisis evaluations to assess needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan interventions.
• Provide stabilization and immediate support during crises.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
