Intermountain Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and coordination across health teams. Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsabilités

• Assess: Performs appropriate assessment of physical, social, and psychological status (including cognitive, communicative, and developmental skills as appropriate).
• Seeks and evaluates information from interdisciplinary team: patient, family, physician, non-nursing disciplines, support staff, others.
• Plan: Develop individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement; prepare for further support needs when current episode is met.
• Implement: Directs the interdisciplinary care team and coordinates care per plan; manage time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate: Assess outcomes and revise plan as indicated.
• Professionalism: Maintain ethical standards, comply with regulations, document accurately, and uphold licensure provisions.
