Job summary

The University of Alabama seeks a Crimson Compass Program Coordinator to support daily operations and coordinate recruitment activities for high school students preparing for college admissions. The role includes planning events, visits, information sessions, family engagement, and student success programming.

Collaborating with campus and K–12 partners, you will help strengthen relationships, manage records, and contribute to program growth through outreach and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus two years of experience; OR master's degree and some experience.
• Must have valid U.S. driver’s license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record in compliance with University policies.
• Applicants must be at least 19 years old at time of hire; those under 21 may have driving restrictions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build, nurture, and sustain partnerships between educational entities.
• Experience with recruitment and marketing strategies is preferred.

Responsibilities
