As Anchorage's first boutique hotel, we're looking for team members who are passionate about exceptional service, genuine guest connections, and showcasing the spirit of Alaska in every interaction.
All Bartenders are expected to provide exceptional guest service by delivering food and beverages, processing payments, answering guest inquiries, managing reservations, and creating a welcoming dining experience from arrival to departure.
Food and Beverage staff maintain dining room readiness and presentation by setting and clearing tables, stocking service stations, rolling silverware, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all guest areas remain clean and organized.
All staff support restaurant operations and teamwork by assisting coworkers, attending staff meetings, completing light food preparation, performing cleaning duties, and contributing to efficient daily operations and guest satisfaction.
