• One of: professional certification, or two years of directly related work experience, or appropriate academic preparation for the program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classes using pedagogy and technology aligned with course objectives and program learning outcomes.
• Develop and maintain curriculum and supporting materials.
• Maintain student records, attendance, and grades; ensure safe learning environments.
• Facilitate student achievement of program learning outcomes; use IvyLearn for teaching, assessment, and communication.
• Provide academic advising support and monitor student performance; engage with retention efforts.
• Participate in professional development and scholarly activities; stay current with pedagogy and technology.
• Engage with community and workforce development to strengthen college relationships.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in criminology/criminal justice-related field

Alternative qualifications (professional certification or 2+ years related experience or applicable academic prep)
