Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Reliable transportation, computer and high-speed internet access.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relations with court personnel and the public.
• Research using public records indexes to retrieve information.
• Enter results accurately into proprietary systems, marking as clear or recording information found.
• Provide timely updates to supervisors regarding holidays, delays, or issues.
• Support court copy requests and assist other field researchers as needed.
• Adhere to quality and turnaround time standards.
• Report quality concerns or issues promptly.
• Conduct searches in surrounding areas or online when assigned.
