Job summary
CN Guidance & Counseling Services seeks an experienced professional to work with the Forensic ACT Team, delivering integrated clinical treatment and support services to individuals with severe mental illness. The role emphasizes justice involvement, dual-recovery strategies, case management, and coordination across criminal justice and community providers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
- Two years' experience with chronically mentally ill required.
- Experience with justice-involved clients or incarceration context is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead/perform duties for justice-involved clients within dual-recovery team.
- Navigate criminal justice system and advocate for FACT individuals.
- Coordinate with jail/prison reentry to support transitions to the community.
- Assist in developing service plans and reducing criminogenic risk.
- Maintain timely documentation and case records per regulations.
- Engage families, housing providers, and legal representatives to coordinate services.
