Requirements:

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must carry and use a firearm; firearm proficiency is mandatory.
• Age requirements: at least 21 at application, less than 37 at conditional offer, with exceptions for prior federal law enforcement service or veteran's preference.
• Obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance.
• Visual acuity: uncorrected no worse than 20/100 binocular, corrected 20/20 or better.
• Hearing: no more than 25 decibels loss in specified frequencies.
• Pass drug testing and undergo random drug testing.
• Complete 13 weeks of training at FLETC and 18 weeks at James J. Rowley Training Center.
• Willingness to accept assignments nationwide and abroad.
• Register with the Selective Service System if applicable.
