Job summary

The City of Boston is seeking a Crime & Intelligence Analyst to support the Boston Regional Intelligence Center (BRIC). Under the Director's supervision, you will collect, review, analyze, and disseminate data on investigative requests from field personnel and partner agencies.

You will create reports, timelines, and briefing materials, employing GIS mapping, email and office software, and social media analytics while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy laws.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; may substitute for experience.
• Pre-employment security checks and SECRET clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, analyze, and disseminate data on investigative requests.
• Research documents and summarize results for reports and presentations.
