• Equivalent combination of experience and training totaling four years.

• Primary support for discovery dissemination and criminal litigation.
• Receive, organize, and distribute criminal justice information to defense attorneys and courts.
• Conduct legal research from codes, digests and publications.
• Prepare and draft legal documents including briefs, charging documents, and motions.
• Assist attorneys in discovery-related matters.
• Review documents for compliance with statutes and authorities.
• Anticipate missing discovery and obtain additional information as needed.
