Qualifications

• Must have or be eligible for NY driver’s license with driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with NYPD, ACS, OCME, hospitals to obtain documents.
• Prepare and redact case documents; draft legal filings and memoranda.
• Draft subpoenas, search warrants, and orders; prepare discovery materials.
• Coordinate with clerks and departments; manage records and tracking systems.
• Travel to other locations as needed for investigations and case prep.
