Duties:

Represent clients in criminal cases from intake through trial

Appear in court (in-person and virtual), argue motions, conduct hearings, and assist at trials

Assist with legal research, drafting motions, and trial preparation

Analyze evidence, develop legal strategies, and communicate case updates to clients

Participate in client intake and case evaluation

Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality representation

Engage in firm-supported professional development activities

Requirements:

0–2 years of experience in criminal litigation (internship or clerkship experience acceptable)

Strong oral and written advocacy skills

Willingness to appear in court frequently and handle fast-paced litigation

Reliable transportation to attend court appearances across jurisdictions
