Diaz & Gaeta Law is growing quickly and seeking a Criminal Defense Attorney to join their team in Atlanta, Georgia. This position is open to experienced attorneys and newly licensed lawyers eager to start their careers. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

The ideal candidate is passionate about criminal law and client advocacy. Responsibilities include representing clients in court, developing strategies, and managing case files. The firm offers unlimited PTO, healthcare reimbursement, mentorship, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia State Bar.
• Fluent or professionally proficient in both English and Spanish.
