Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in North Carolina.

• Professional demeanor in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload in the assigned practice area.
• Serve as lead or supporting counsel in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Develop case strategy and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff.
• Supervise and collaborate with case managers and legal assistants.
• Maintain thorough documentation in MyCase, including communications, tasks, and deadlines.
• Participate in department meetings and contribute to team strategy discussions.
• Ensure compliance with firm procedures, including confidentiality and ethics.
