Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice in North Carolina in good standing.
• Prior law firm and litigation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations.
• Attend court, mediations and depositions.
• Research and prepare cases for court.
• Communicate with clients in person, by phone, virtually, and in writing.
• Ensure a high-quality client experience.
