This position requires the candidate to manage a high volume of cases, conduct consultations, and attend various legal proceedings. Strong communication and analytical skills, alongside a Juris Doctor degree and North Carolina Bar membership, are essential. Qualifications

• Licensed member of the North Carolina Bar, in good standing.
• Previous law firm and litigation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new client consultations.
• Attend court, mediations, and depositions.
• Research and prepare cases for court.
• Perform case reviews.
• Participate in team trainings.
• Communicate with clients in various formats.
• Ensure a high-quality client experience.
• Manage a high volume of cases from start to finish.
