Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Georgia and in good standing.
• Strong courtroom, trial, and litigation experience.
• Ability to independently manage complex matters from intake through resolution.
• Strong legal judgment, written and oral advocacy, and client-communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of matters.
• Leadership skills and the ability to help build and develop a regional practice.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Portable business is not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex criminal-law matters from intake through resolution.

This is an opportunity to help lead and grow the firm’s Georgia criminal-law practice while continuing to maintain an active legal practice.

Alber Firm P.C. provides centralized operational infrastructure, technology, and workflow support so that you can focus on legal work, client representation, practice development, and regional leadership.

About the Role

This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced criminal-law attorney who wants to take an active role in shaping and overseeing a State/Regional practice. The role combines hands-on legal representation with regional leadership, including managing complex matters, mentoring attorneys, and helping establish the firm’s presence throughout the Greater Atlanta market.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, making strategic decisions, and taking ownership of the practice’s day-to-day legal operations.
