Job summary

Three Saints Bay, LLC seeks a Crime Gun Intelligence (CGI) Specialist Level II to support a U.S. government client in Houston, TX. The role builds on CGI Level I qualifications with advanced analytical duties.

You will gather crime gun data, enter evidence into IBIS, perform NIBIN hit analyses, and develop actionable leads. You’ll analyze e-Trace data, assist with firearm identification, and coordinate with federal, state, and local partners. Must pass background checks and ATF clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, work experience and on-the-job training.
• Minimum of three years of law enforcement experience; more is preferred.
• US Citizen and able to pass background checks and ATF clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and intelligence gathering support to the field division.
• Provide usable crime gun intelligence and in-depth analysis.
• Perform image and correlation reviews and NIBIN hit analyses.
• Enter evidence into IBIS and gather gun traces for e-Trace.
• Create link charts for investigative leads and compile data for tracing.
• Analyze e-Trace data for firearms trafficking and obliterated serial numbers restoration.
