Job summary

The role focuses on directing strategic intelligence efforts, guiding management with expert analysis, and coordinating cross-agency projects with federal, state, local, and international partners to fulfill mission requirements.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience at GS-13 level for at least one year by the closing date of the announcement.
• Experience in criminal investigations using NIBIN leads and Crime Gun Intelligence data.
• Collaborating with CGICs and other law enforcement agencies.
• Presentations to managers and executives on intelligence topics and issues.
• Analyzing and evaluating programs or projects to improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Exercises full supervisory responsibilities and authority over non-supervisory intelligence personnel.
• Provides expert advice to Bureau management and high-ranking officials on intelligence issues and statistical matters.
• Plans and oversees intelligence projects and predictive analysis initiatives with cross-agency engagement.
• Develops objectives, goals, resource requirements, and milestones for intelligence programs.
