Job summary

The successful candidate will oversee training sessions, develop adoption metrics, and collaborate with core facilities, POCs, and leadership to drive CREx deployment across NIH institutes and centers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a scientific, public health, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive program/project management experience, including web-based platforms/databases, multi-stakeholder training, and executive-level reporting.
• NIH/IRP or federal biomedical environment experience preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver CREx end-user training across NIH IRP I/Cs.
• Plan rollout activities for new users and Core/Facility Managers.
• Develop monthly usage and adoption reports for IRP platforms.
