Success is not just about what we build, but who we build and how we build it: with integrity, enjoyment, uniqueness and an ever-forward mindset.Job Summary:Leads and participates with a crew of electricians in performing complex electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs according to project specifications.Key Responsibilities:Inspects completed work for adherence to quality standards and promptly addresses any deficiencies.Resolves escalated site issues and maintains project momentum by working with leadership, contractors, and other trades.Troubleshoots complex electrical issues, providing hands-on support and solutions as needed.Communicates technical guidance and safety protocols to crew members, reinforcing compliance and safe work practices.Prepares documentation of work progress, incidents, and material usage to support accurate project tracking.Documents work performed, materials used, and any incidents for accurate project tracking.High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.Work Experience:Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10-Hour Construction certification preferred.
