Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an Electrician to install routine and non-routine electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment according to project specifications and diagrams.

The role requires reading blueprints and following safety protocols to maintain a safe, organized work area. OSHA 10 certification is preferred, and a Journeyman Electrician License is required to perform at DPR’s standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 10 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.
• Journeyman Electrician License required.

Responsibilities

• Tests and troubleshoots standard and varied electrical systems to identify and resolve faults efficiently.
• Interprets general blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to guide installation and repair work.
• Maintains tools, equipment, and work areas in safe, organized condition.
• Follows established safety protocols and quality standards to minimize risk and ensure compliance.
• Communicates progress, issues, and needs to leadership and crew members to support project coordination.
