Job summary

The McDonald’s Grays Ferry location is seeking a Crew Trainer to join our fast-paced team. You will greet customers cheerfully, take orders, operate the register, and prepare/menu items as needed while keeping the restaurant clean and stocked. You will mentor new crew members and provide training on each station within the store.

Qualifications

• Ability to Read and Write.
• Possess Basic Computer Knowledge.
• Ability to count money and accurately give change; have a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage Time effectively.
• Must be 16 years of Age with at least a 9th Grade education.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a smile.
• Take accurate food orders.
• Properly preparing all of McDonald’s World Famous food.
• Continually monitor Restaurant Cleanliness.
• Ensuring items are well stocked.
• Ability to Train and mentor new crew members.
