McDonald’s Grays Ferry is seeking a Crew Trainer to greet customers, take orders, and operate the register. You will also cook and prepare food, maintain cleanliness, and keep items stocked. As a mentor, you’ll train new crew members across stations and lead by example to ensure quality and speed.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment while upselling and delivering excellent guest service.

Job description

A McDonald’s Crew Trainer is a critical part of our team. They are required to do the same things a crew member is responsible for throughout the restaurant. You will need to greet customers cheerfully, take their order, and operate the register. You are also required to operate kitchen equipment, preparing and grilling food as necessary. Throughout your shift, you will assist with keeping the restaurant clean and ensuring everything is fully stocked. Additionally, Crew Trainers are mentors to our new team members, providing training on each station within the store.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greeting customers with a smile
• Take accurate food orders
• Properly preparing all of McDonald’s World Famous food
• Continually monitor Restaurant Cleanliness
• Ensuring items are well stocked
• Ability to Train and mentor new crew members
• Communicate clearly and effectively
• Lead by example

QUALIFICATIONS

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position can be physically demanding. The employee may be required to stand for extended periods of time, lift objects up to 20 lbs on a regular basis and do repetitive tasks with few breaks.
