Job summary

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience equivalent to WCC field work, young adult mentorship, or leadership.
• Satisfactory completion of a two-year Forest Technology Vocational Program and one year of field experience as a WCC crew member or related emergency response.
• An Associate's degree in Environmental Science/Studies/Forestry or related field plus one year of field experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a crew of five WCC members on natural resource assignments.
• Recruit, interview, and select new crew members.
• Track and complete conservation projects; monitor materials, tools, and equipment; report progress to project sponsor and WCC staff.
