Job summary

SkyWest Airlines in Saint George, UT is seeking a Crew Scheduler to join our operations team. In this role, you will support Pilots and Flight Attendants, coordinate with Dispatch and partner airlines, and help ensure flights operate on time with safe, efficient crew coverage.

You’ll use multiple scheduling systems, handle schedule changes, and communicate clearly with crew members. The position begins with training at $16.50/hour, increasing to $19.00/hour after classroom and on-desk training,

Responsibilities

• Make calls to crew members notifying them of schedule changes.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve challenges and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

As a Crew Scheduler, you will perform various customer service and technical crew scheduling functions and activities:

• Provide scheduling support to Pilots and Flight Attendants
• Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously while taking phone calls and chats
• Monitor/ensure compliance with crewmember legalities
• Make calls to crew members notifying them of schedule changes
• Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve challenges and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations

As a Crew Scheduler, you'll enjoy:

• 11-hour shifts (work 4 days one week, 3 days the next, with consecutive days off)

• This job is not remote. Candidates must reside near or relocate to St. George, UT by the start of class.
