Job summary

SkyWest is seeking a Crew Scheduler in Saint George, UT, to support pilots, flight attendants, and other crews. You will use multiple computer programs while handling calls and chats to manage schedules and notify crew of changes, ensuring compliance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Make calls to crew members notifying them of schedule changes.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve challenges and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

Primary Job Duties

As a Crew Scheduler, you will perform various customer service and technical crew scheduling functions and activities:

• Provide scheduling support to Pilots and Flight Attendants
• Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously while taking phone calls and chats
• Monitor/ensure compliance with crewmember legalities
• Make calls to crew members notifying them of schedule changes
• Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve challenges and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations

• Sitting at a computer for extended periods of time
• This job is not remote. Candidates must reside near or relocate to St. George, UT by the start of class.
