Primary Job Duties
As a Crew Scheduler, you will perform various customer service and technical crew scheduling functions and activities:
- Provide scheduling support to Pilots and Flight Attendants
- Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously while taking phone calls and chats
- Monitor/ensure compliance with crewmember legalities
- Make calls to crew members notifying them of schedule changes
- Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve challenges and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations
Minimum Requirements
SkyWest Crew Schedulers come from a wide range of backgrounds, education, interests, and experience. We are looking for individuals with the following traits:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Desktop PC/Computer experience
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a changing and fast-paced environment

- People oriented with a positive and cooperative attitude
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule (weekends, holidays, early mornings, afternoons, and graveyard shifts)

- Provide a 12-month commitment to the position
- This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position.

- Sitting at a computer for extended periods of time
- This job is not remote. Candidates must reside near or relocate to St. George, UT by the start of class.
